Title Alliance Launches the Title Alliance Cares Initiative

Title Alliance Ltd.,   a full-service title insurance agency offering a complete range of title and escrow services, is proud to announce Title Alliance Cares, an initiative offering critical support resources including loans, grants, wish-fulfilment, awards, and recognition, as well as other forms of hardship support to all employees. Title Alliance recognizes that life is what inevitably happens when you are trying to plan other things and they hope that Title Alliance Cares can be another avenue for the company to continue to express their gratitude for all their employees.

“Our employees are our most valuable assets, and we are beyond grateful to have cultivated a network of hard-working and dedicated team members,” said Jim Campbell, Chief Executive Officer at Title Alliance. “With our Title Alliance Cares Initiative, we strive to pour into our team member\\s lives by providing a resource for funds in varied methods with the intent to help out when things get tough, or to celebrate fulfillment of lifetime wishes. All active Title Alliance employees in good standing, are eligible to apply for a Title Alliance Cares resource by nominating themselves or other employees. Examples of how Title Alliance Cares can support their employees include unexpected car repairs, unexcepted medical bills, unexpected home repairs, funeral expenses, temporary relocation assistance (such as due to natural disaster), family vacations, bucket list fulfilment, and celebrations. Each application will be reviewed by the Title Alliance Cares Team and those selected will be notified on or around the 20th of the month.

Title Alliance Announces the T.A. Central Processing Unit

Title Alliance, Ltd.,   a full-service title insurance agency offering a complete range of title and escrow services, is proud to announce T.A. Central Processing Unit as a national title and escrow support division of Title Alliance. The new division will provide administrative services across Title Alliance’s family of joint ventures and consists of five departments, including order entry, post-closing, recording division, disbursement, and title curative.

“We are fortunate to have this division to provide additional resources and support for our teams who work incredibly hard,” said Zoe Barghout, Manager of the T.A. Central Processing Unit. “Our departments are dedicated to assisting our joint ventures’ needs allowing them to ensure an exceptional closing experience. As Title Alliance grows and brings its innovative title and escrow services to new areas of the country, the T.A. Central Processing Unit will play a critical role.”

The division currently has 40 team members with plans to hire an additional 30 people by the end of 2021. Through the launch, the T.A. Central Processing Unit has created an employee-centric culture where ideas, communication, and innovation are encouraged. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the T.A. Central Processing Unit recently moved into a new state-of-the-art building, permitting more space for the team as the division continues to grow.

Title Alliance makes progress on key goals in Vivid Vision strategic growth plan

Two years into Title Alliance’s Vivid Vision strategic plan, the leading title insurance agency is pleased to announce progress on several goals outlined in the roadmap.

Unveiled by Title Alliance’s leadership, Vivid Vision represents a bold and transparent plan for growth through 2022. Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Title Alliance saw notable growth and resiliency and ended last year with its highest profits in its history.

Title Alliance now operates in 11 states and across 60 offices, with plans to expand its footprint, especially in the western United States.

Other achievements since the Vivid Vision’s rollout include:

  • Gross revenue for 2020 increased 15.9 percent year-over-year.
  • The number of Title Alliance employees has increased 22 percent since 2019.

Title Alliance Begins 4th Annual Title Alliance Gives Back Initiative

Title Alliance, Ltd.,   a family of full-service title insurance and escrow agencies, is hosting their 4th annual TA Gives Back Week. This year, the company has partnered with DomesticShelters.org, an organization with an online searchable directory of items needed for survivors of domestic violence. From April 15th-May 15th, Title Alliance employees, partners, friends and family members are encouraged to donate items to a shelter near them to help those in need. The goal of Title Alliance Gives Back is to have a minimum of 200 employees donate an item.

“Part of our Vivid Vision for our company includes community give back efforts,” said   Lindsay Smith, Chief Strategy Officer for Title Alliance. “Through our partnership with DomesticShelters.org, we are able to impact those most in need of support in the direct communities where our teams work.”

Domesticshelters.org is one of the top domestic violence organizations in the country, helping an average of 365 people per hour. In January 2020, the organization hit a milestone when they helped their 10 millionth visitor. Domesticshelters.org helps victims across the United States and Canada and has provided assistance in more than 14,000 cities through donations and domestic violence programs.

Title Alliance Welcomes Brooke Boyd as Training and Implementation Manager

Title Alliance, Ltd.,   a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced it has appointed Brooke Boyd as the Training and Implementation Manager. In her new position, Boyd will be responsible for all training and system conversion, including software training, the implementation of new technology products, and procedures that will streamline company protocol. She will also be traveling across the country to ensure successful training for current employees and new hires and lead the implementation of software rollouts throughout Title Alliance’s multiple offices.

“At Title Alliance, we aim to hire individuals like Brooke, who set high standards and goals for themselves and their coworkers,” said   Patti DeGennaro, Chief Implementation Officer at Title Alliance.   “Title Alliance is very lucky to have such a talented training manager and we look forward to the wealth of experience Brooke will bring to the role.”

Boyd brings 28 years of experience to her role at Title Alliance. Her impressive resume reveals a dedication to professional development and natural leadership. Her previous positions include Escrow Officer, Software Trainer, Implementation Manager, and Project Manager for top real estate, title and escrow, and closing companies throughout the US.
